Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love your purchase. In the event you would like to return your item(s), please return in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch email. When returning an item(s), please place your returned goods in their original packaging with labels and tags. Sale Items will not be refunded, however an exchange or credit note will be offered.

How to return an item: 

1. Email kat@kathrynalice.co.uk with details and reason(s) of the requested return.

2. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

3. A member of the team shall email the return address once approved.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining proof of postage. Please note if the item(s) are returned and received in an unsaleable condition, your item(s) will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds can take up to 21 days.
